Albright Metals (ASX:ABR) has appointed Perth-based mining consultancy Orelogy to undertake a Scoping Study on the Vail Road gold deposit at its Golden Pike Gold and Antimony Project in New Brunswick, Canada.

The study follows the company’s updated mineral resource estimate (MRE) of 188,000 tonnes @ 9 grams per tonne gold (Au), including 33,500 tonnes @ 20.9g/t Au in the indicated category.

CEO Greg Hill says the Scoping Study is a step toward securing project funding.
