Catalyst Metals Moves to Acquire Remaining Bryah Basin Tenements

Albright Metals Limited (ASX: ABR) has received formal notice from Catalyst Metals Limited (ASX: CYL) confirming its intention to exercise an option under the existing Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire Albright’s remaining Bryah Basin tenements. The proposed transaction follows the agreement announced in February 2026 and represents a further step in Catalyst Metals’ expansion within the Bryah Basin region. Under the terms of the deal, Albright Metals will receive total consideration of AU$2.2 million, comprising a combination of cash and Catalyst Metals shares.
