Albright Metals has completed a transaction with Australian Vanadium involving the Gabanintha Mineral Rights
The company receives a combination of cash and Australian Vanadium shares, along with a Royalty over the Tumblegum South Gold Project
Proceeds are earmarked primarily for the Golden Pike Gold and Antimony Project in New Brunswick, Canada
The transaction allows Albright Metals to monetise a non-core asset while Australian Vanadium regains flexibility over the underlying ground
